Two Programs from Our University Supported by 100/2000 Project of CoHE

The Higher Education Council (CoHE) continues to support students who study in doctoral programs at state universities in order to meet the need for doctoral human resources in priority areas. This support focuses on identified "priority areas and future professions". The project highlights thematic areas and interdisciplinary studies.

Priority areas include; immunology, microbiology, nanotechnology, tissue engineering, mechatronics, hydrogen and fuel pellets, molecular biology and genetics from the human brain and neurobiology, molecular biology and genetics from drug research, philosophy from the history of science, philosophy from the history of science, maritime law, philosophy and sociology to fundamentalism, robotics, artificial intelligence, from sustainable agriculture, data science and sensor technology to photonics, there are 100 fields required for our countrys development and science to make a leap in our lives.

It was found appropriate to give the support quota to the sub-area. Applicants for the quotas will be taken by the universities and eligible applicants will be notified to CoHE.

Who can apply for the program and on what conditions?

T. R. applicants with a bachelors or masters degree who are citizens of the country may apply. If the candidate is continuing his doctoral education, he / she should not have passed the thesis phase. The deadlines and terms for application and evaluation procedures to be completed by September 14 will be announced to the candidates on our University web site.

Employee students can also get scholarships

Students who work in any job will be able to apply to the quotas given to the universities (except for those working in a staff or in the teaching staff of the State / Foundation Higher Education Institutions under Law No. 657).
